When will I receive my order?
Each piece is made individually for you. Production time is usually 1–2 weeks, depending on the model, fabric and design.
Shipping will then take place. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
We currently deliver within Germany and Europe. For international inquiries, please contact us in advance – we will gladly review the options for you individually.
What is your return policy?
Since each piece is individually manufactured according to your measurements and wishes, returns are generally excluded.
Should a legitimate defect nevertheless occur, we will carefully examine the case and find an appropriate solution.
What should we do if something does not meet your expectations?
Should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please inform us within 24 hours. Please send us the relevant images. We will review each case with the utmost care and get back to you promptly with a customized solution.
Do individual customizations affect the delivery time?
Individual customizations are carefully integrated into the manufacturing process. In rare cases, this may extend the production time – of course, we will inform you in advance if this occurs.
Are changes to my order possible after the fact?
Our orders are processed daily and immediately prepared for production.
Changes are possible as long as production has not yet begun. Orders are reviewed promptly and prepared for production. Change requests can be considered until processing begins.
Once the preparation is complete and production starts, subsequent changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
How do I take my measurements?
For accurate results, we recommend taking measurements directly on your body, close to your body and without adding any extra fabric. Use a flexible measuring tape. You can find detailed step-by-step instructions in our measuring guide. If you have any questions or are unsure about anything, our team is happy to assist you personally.

Are individual customizations possible?
Individual customizations are possible in selected options. Whether and to what extent this is feasible depends on the specific product.
How do I find my correct size?
Our size charts provide reliable guidance. If you are between two sizes or unsure, we recommend a brief consultation with our team to help you choose the right size.
What materials are used?
We use select, high-quality materials, chosen for their quality, feel, and durability. Details about the individual fabrics and components can be found directly on the product pages.
How does the ordering and manufacturing process work?
Each piece is individually crafted for you. After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation with all relevant information about the process. Production then takes place with the utmost care and precision.
