Shipping & returns

All orders are shipped with our logistics partner DHL to ensure safe, fast and fully traceable delivery. Every shipment is insured and comes with an individual tracking number.

We deliver to all countries of the European Union and to selected other European countries. Currently we deliver to, among others:

• Luxembourg

Every product is made individually to order to ensure the highest quality and finish. The regular delivery time is approx. 3–4 weeks.

Before shipping, every piece undergoes a careful quality check. Once shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your personal tracking link.

Note: delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by external carriers are beyond our control.

Shipping within Europe is free of charge. There are no additional shipping or handling fees.

Ready-to-wear collection

Returns within 15 days of receipt, in original condition:

• unworn
• unwashed
• undamaged
• original packaging including labels

Made-to-measure / individual tailoring

Products made individually to your measurements are excluded from exchange and return, as they are made specifically for you.

Once your return has been received and checked, the refund is issued within 10 working days via the original payment method.
