Shipping provider
All orders are shipped with our logistics partner DHL to ensure safe, fast and fully traceable delivery. Each shipment is insured and provided with an individual tracking number.

We ship to all countries within the European Union as well as selected additional European countries. We currently ship to, among others:

Delivery time
All products are individually made after the order is placed to ensure the highest quality and precise workmanship. The regular delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks.
Before shipping, every product undergoes careful quality control. After dispatch, you will receive an email with your personal tracking information.
Note: The stated delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by external shipping providers are outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping within Europe is free of charge. There are no additional shipping or handling fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-Wear Collection
Returns are accepted within 15 days after receipt of the goods, provided the item is in its original condition:
- unworn
- unwashed
- undamaged
- original packaging including labels
Made-to-Measure / Individual Production
Products made individually to measure are excluded from exchange and return, as they are produced specifically for you.

Refund
After receipt and inspection of your return, the refund will be issued within 10 business days via the original payment method.
